A PATENTED PHYGITAL ECOSYSTEM
RFID TAG AND PROTECTIVE CAPSULE
Every Gateway scaffolding component features an RFID Tag, containing the unique information of the element embedded in a protective capsule, which withstands challenging environmental conditions on construction sites, ensuring functionality and readability throughout the component’s lifecycle.
RFID LOGISTIC GATEWAY
Gateway warehouses are equipped with RFID sensor portals. As components pass through, they are automatically detected using the embedded tags.
RFID READER
Whether in the warehouse or on-site, Gateway operators can verify the location of each individual component using manual RFID readers.
SOFTWARE AND CLOUD-BASED DATABASE
Gateway’s software manages real-time information collected by RFID readers,tracking component location and status.
The cloud-based database enhances accuracy and reduces counting times during inventory management.
STEP-BY-STEP REVOLUTION

Thanks to Gateway, detailed scaffolding projects can be created, including precise inventories of components and their locations (whether in the warehouse, at other construction sites, or for future purchase). Once approved, the project generates a clear list with the serial number of every component, that simplifies rental or sales operations.

Accurate localization of components in the warehouse streamlines grouping for shipment. All grouped elements pass through an automated RFID portal, correlating the list with the exit of each piece from the warehouse

On-site, during assembly, operators verify through manual readers that each Gateway component is correctly positioned according to the approved project. This simplifies and certifies assembly operations. Project managers can remotely monitor the real-time working progress, ensuring correctness and promptly addressing any errors.

At the end of installation, during disassembly, all elements return to the warehouse and pass through the automated RFID portal. The system verifies the correct return of each specific component, highlighting any discrepancies.
