Laser Sharp®
The laser cutting process, without applying any force on the product, provides a high-definition cut, producing openings and complex cuts with well-defined square edges and an optimized nesting: the product is burr-free and machining tolerances can be contained in the tenth of a millimeter.
LASER SHARP® offers a better surface cleanliness, smoother mechanical properties and flatness after the 3 mm/mt linear cut, improving cut precision and speed.

LASER SHARP® is produced in DD12, S355MC, S235JR e S355JR steel grades, formable steels suitable for a wide range of applications. They are supplied in various thicknesses and in black/pickled finishes.
LASER SHARP® guarantees and satisfies:
• Cutting thin thicknesses
• Need for high precision (±0.1 mm)
• Cutting profiles particularly elaborate
• Need to obtain the finished product without further machining
• Smaller pieces (<200 mm).
The speed of execution and the precision of the cut, especially on thin thicknesses, also allow the additional advantage of a cost saving.
LASER SHARP® 200
It is a low-carbon product, hot rolled for cold forming, on sales pickled and characterized by maximum yield and breaking limits, with guaranteed minimum elongations.
Suitable for cold forming, LASER SHARP® 200 can be used in many applications, for example in the construction of trailers, trucks, hoists, agricultural equipment and frames.

LASER SHARP® 240 - 355
Hot-rolled steel sheets and strips in basic and non-alloy grades, for the manufacture of structural elements.
This type of product, suitable for welding, has a good ductility, and is suitable for a wide range of applications: it can be used especially in carpentry, building sites, construction and in the naval, industrial and civil sectors.
LASER SHARP® 240 and 355 exceed the requirements set by the manufacturing standards thanks to the CE marking available that will allow manufacturers of steel structures to use LASER SHARP® 240 and 355 in the final structure with CE mark.

LASER SHARP® 355 – MP QUALITY: S355JR
LASER SHARP® 360
LASER SHARP® 360 sheets allow to use cold bending radius lower than construction steels for cold working, and can be used for example in the construction of transport vehicles, containers, tanks, agricultural machines and profiles.
LASER SHARP® 360 can be suitable for hot dip galvanizing according to the applicable reference standards.
