Cromatica is born to take steel beyond its technical function, transforming it into a decorative, customisable and design-oriented surface.

Colours, textures, images, patterns, shades and different levels of opacity allow you to build bespoke surfaces, capable of dialoguing with environments, products and visual identities.
A solution designed for interiors and exteriors, for architecture, retail, nautical, elevators and product design.

B-Palace Art

Beyond monumental facades and iconic views, every city holds a silent and hidden face: its "B side". It is in the marginal spaces, the backs of buildings and the forgotten surfaces, that authentic traces of urban life and new potential waiting to be rediscovered lie concealed.

From this vision comes B-Palace Art, the contest promoted by Cromatica Marcegaglia and Sandrini Metalli, which invites students to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary, giving voice to what remains invisible. The protagonist is steel: a strong and ductile material that becomes a narrative surface, capable of dialoguing with form, colour and light.

At B-CAD Expo, the boards of the selected projects will be displayed alongside a number of prototypes, giving concrete form to the visions born from the contest.
Come and discover them up close: let yourself be guided through ideas, surfaces and details that reveal a new possibility for the city, transforming what was hidden into presence, identity and emotion.
